Kevin Hartoyo

PhD Student

 

Kevin (he/him) is an international student from Jakarta, Indonesia. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota in Fall 2016. After graduation, he worked as a medical device engineer at Teleflex Medical, specializing in catheter development and manufacturing processes. In Fall 2018, Kevin enrolled for the PhD program in mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota, where he currently resides. His current research topic is the development of real-time implementable EMS for a series hybrid track loader and a framework to optimize the drivetrain architecture configuration. In his free time, Kevin likes to pursue a variety of hobbies, including bouldering, badminton, board games, and playing with his cat Chili.
